These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the services provided by Brand Consult SRL, represented by Alina Kovalchuk.

We provide personal branding, LinkedIn strategy, digital visibility, employee advocacy programmes, speaking and training services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees are defined in individual proposals or agreements.
3. Booking and engagement
Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when both parties explicitly agree to a proposal or sign an agreement.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in the individual proposal. Payment terms will be specified in the agreement. Work usually begins after the first payment is received.
5. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access (e.g. to LinkedIn profiles or company materials) so that we can deliver the services properly.
6. Intellectual property
All strategies, frameworks, content and materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a licence to use the deliverables for their own business purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not to disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or with prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide services with professional care and skill. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms set out in the individual agreement.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Chișinău, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of another country apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
